1. Partner NGO's introduce us to communities who need clean water. We present the ecofiltro solution to the community who decides if they are interested. If so, they create a water board to the community. |
2. The water board organizes a community meeting where ecofiltro: one staff educates villagers on the need to treat water, how the filter does that, and what improvements to expect from using the ecofiltro. Interested families sign up. |
3. Filters are delivered, final training is conducted, and each family makes their first monthly payment. The water board sets a date when monthly payments are collected. Community members sign a contract. |
4. Villagers make monthly payments which pay for the annual replacement filter. Our field staff does quarterly trainings that continue educating villagers on water and sanitation. |
5. Families receive replacement filters and continue to make monthly payments giving clean water for a lifetime. Families are healthy and have a plan to stay that way. |
